I began my journey in the kitchen back in 2005 in El Salvador in my first culinary school. I moved to Miami and went to Le Cordon Bleu and started my career as a cook, to become a Chef. Been working for restaurants, hotels, stadiums, country clubs, hospitals, you name it! So, you tell me, how many times in a day you are thinking about your dreams and wanted to become a reality? For me, that is my Chef's Cloud! The Chef's Cloud represent my life and my mind, thinking everyday for new recipes and flavours and when I get home or work, I reach to my cloud and start cooking and start creating something amazing! So, I hope you enjoy with me this new adventure!
Hablando de mi
Comencé mi viaje dentro a la cocina en 2005 en El Salvador, en mi primera escuela culinaria. Me mudé a Miami, fui a Le Cordon Bleu y comencé mi carrera como cocinero para convertirme en chef. He estado trabajando para restaurantes, hoteles, estadios, country clubs, hospitales, ¡lo que sea!
Entonces, dime, ¿cuántas veces al dÃa piensas en tus sueños y quieres convertirlos en realidad? ¡Para mÃ, esa es la nube que tengo en mi cabeza! The Chef's Cloud representa mi vida y mi mente, pensando todos los dÃas en nuevas recetas y sabores y cuando llego a casa o al trabajo, llego pensando en que hare y empiezo a cocinar y crear algo increÃble! ¡Asà que espero que disfrutes conmigo esta nueva aventura!
